Not trusted with other people's money and very unreliable always taking days to respond

I have a big problem rather very worrying I have an account with bidvestbank,there was money that was taken from my account via debit order that I did not approve and when I ask them no one knows.

I actually regret opening an account with them because there never no one available to help.
