Not activating Reload Mobile Money Card

I bought a prepaid Bidvest bank Limited Visa card and loaded R1000 on it which I was allowed to do. I sent an original copy of my green bar coded ID which was declined. I sent a certified copy of my ID which is declined on the basis of being too old. <br> <br> I read the rules online and as far as I understand a certified copy only means the original was present and the copy is identical to the original. There is no date limit or expiry date on certified copies. Whether it was ten years ago or 1 day ago it still was a valid copy.<br> <br> When calling their call centre on *** I get the message that the network is congested. If not for that I am cut off. Whenever I do get through the call centre agents just repeat the rule about the certified copy. <br> <br> Note that on their website there is NO reference to the age of the certified copy. Also not when purchasing the card.<br> <br> I now want my money back that was transferred to the card, but I am being stonewalled.
