NO SUPPORT!

<p>I was a staff member with the bidvest group ( VOLTEX). I am no longer in their employment. On 17 March 2016 i sent through all documentation regarding the exit of my provident fund. There were some documents needed again from my side and i gave them full co operation. From their side i have to date not received any co operation. It has taken me numerous phone calls and emails to both them and Alexander forbes. The last documentation they needed i have sent through more than 2 weeks ago. On Friday the 20th of MaY 2016 i called Alexander Forbes again to get the status on progress for payment. Thy again informed me that they have not received the documentation from Bidvest to continue, they also have sent many requests regarding this transaction with no success. I called Bidvest again, i was informed that their manager wil release everything on Monday23 MAY 2016. I gave them time till today 25 MAY before calling again. I called Alexander forbes this morning, they informed me that my funds were exited from the stock market on 17 March 2016. We are now in MAY and to date i have not received my pay out. I called Bidvest and i was informed by Pearl that Brenda ( person working with my file) is not in. I asked Pearl, if she does not come in to work who is going to settle this matter. I was informed, no one and she cut the call. No one at Bidvest is prepared to tell me what the status is or on how long this matter is going to take. I am fed up!</p>
