NO FEEDBACK ON 1 X 1L OUTSTANDING SANITIZER

We made an outright purchase from Bidvest Steiner Vereeniging that was delivered to our site on 9 February 2021. They were "short" of a 1 x 1L sanitiser and promised to have it delivered. I have followed up on the 16 and 23rd respectively and still no response from no one. On the 16th I was told that there was no stock (I am short 1 x 1L???)) How ridiculous is this? And no feedback either - not an apology or excuse - just absolutely NO FEEDBACK
