Misled by sales perspon

<p>It all started when they said they don't have a recorded Milage when I took out the policy. I called in and fixed that issue, I then launched a claim with them and they say they will not cover the part I am claiming for whereby they told me when I buy this cover with them I can have piece of mind. I called in to ask for the voice recording which I requested from last week Wednesday up until today I have nothing, These people told me 24 hours they will send it to me and from there they can take it after reviewing our conversation.</p>
