*******ly debiting from my account

It's been months and you are still debiting from my account. After multiple HelloPeter complaints, after multiple cancelation emails to which I receive no response, you are still *******ly taking money from my account for a car I don't have anymore. This needs to be resolved before next week Friday or I am taking legal action. I expect a full refund for the last few months of money being taken from my account.
