Justine Le Toit-Disgusting Service and horrible attitude

What an absolute disgrace of a company to deal with. Service is disgusting from the drivers to the junior branch manager. Justine Le Toit (junior branch manager) is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life.

After being a repeat customer for almost 10 years, I have dealt with many staff and have to say that Justine is literally the worst. There have been instances where I have waited several weeks for a delivery without any feedback or apology. Of late, after placing my COD order, the driver will arrive after 2 or 3 days and if we aren't waiting with cash in hand they simply just leave. I have no doubt that they are following instruction from Justine Le Toit.

I wouldn't suggest using this Bidvest company unless you feel like getting treated like absolute ****.

Perhaps someone from Bidvest can investigate this and apply some remedial action
