Incompetence

Booked car in for service at VW Menlyn. Phoned my wife to say the car was ready and told her they would send someone to pick her up. Phoned to confirm half an hour later, and they were still making arrangements. Phoned an hour after they were supposed to pick her up and they told us that the job card said that she had been collected. Utter incompetence.
