<p>I've been going to this buidling for more than 5 years & NEVER have I encountered such behaviour as I did last night.</p> <p>My access card did not work at the gate, now what usually happens is, the security guard bring you a log-in book to sign in.....BUT NOT THIS TIME!!</p> <p>She told me to park my car, get out & come in to sign.....when I asked to please bring the book to me, she simply rep**** "WHY??"...4 time she asked me WHY she must bring the book to me. I was the bigger person & went in to sign - not once did she make eye contact or aplogize for her ruse tone of voice.</p> <p>Her name is Rose, she works at the CSIR Buildings in Pretoria.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I know people have rough days - but that's NO WAY to speak to a ****ing client!!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I am VERY unhapy about this incident. I am not the only person who received bad service from her...</p> <p> </p>
