Holding up my retirement funds.

Resigned in July. It is now October and I am still waiting for my retirement/pension to pay out. Got some excuse that they moved the fund over to Alexander Forbes(like that us my issue). Struggle to get any information out of them and now the other day I get told I must follow up with Alexander Forbes who are literally impossible to get hold of so guess where my next review is going... FRUSTRATED!
