***** and Misrepresentation

<p>I purchased a car advertised as a 2014 VW Polo TSI 1.2 Highline last year in September from Bidvest McCarthy Pre-Owned Midrand . Even the invoice and Natis documents received from the dealer state the vehicle description . After a year the sunroof trimming came off while driving on the high way. I then went to VW who as I assumed it would be under warranty. VW stated that the vehicle was indeed a 2014 VW Polo TSI 1.2 Comfortline as identified by the car's VIN number and showed signs of being in a previous accident . A clear indication of misrepresentation. How can you claim that a car is a Highline when it is a Comfortline? To go as far as putting this on an invoice and a Natis document. After consulting with the dealership I was told they were "investigating". I asked for an explanation as to what they were investigating as I had documentation and correspondence from them stating the car was a Highline. Clearly *****s!!! They could not give me a timeline or a solution to resolving the issue. ******* and ********** dealership that uses Corporate power to de***** customers!!</p>
