FAILURE TO SUPPLY SPARE PARTS

I am running a factory in Pretoria, I buy machinery from Sewmac which is situated in Pretoria who also keeps parts for the machinery they sell. The problem is that we buy from them, but whenever a spare part is needed they do not have stock and must obtain it from Berzacks who does not respond to the orders.<br> <br> That leaves my factory standing with machines that can not be used because I cannot get spare parts from the only supplier thereof in Pretoria.
