Excellent Service

I would like to compliment one Ziningi Masondo of Bidvestbank for her exceptional and professional services rendered when i was at the point of giving up on my account. I made several calls to the call centres without any tangible outcome, most of the time, I got placed on hold till i run out of airtime. This lady solved my query within the shortest possible time. How I wish Bidvestbank could get more of her calibre. She is indeed a GOAL getter and SOUL saver. Thank you once again, Ziningi Masondo.
