Emirates departing durban theft from baggage .

My Grand daughter and her nanny departed on the Emirates flight Thursday 27/08/2015 for Dubai. Two suitcases were sent to the hold and both had items removed from them. I contacted Emirates and demanded the names of personnel on duty that night as I wanted to lay ******** charges against them. I was told that it would be dealt with internally and she could not give me the contact no or the company involved. She mentioned Bidvest Air controlled that section of the baggage, but would not give me further details. <br> I feel this theft will never end if people are not prosecuted and held accountable . I was informed that it happens on a daily basis and asked her if they Happy with stats like that.
