My mom and I are loyal clients of Bidvest bank, but late December we fly back from our East London vacation, we were early at the airport, we booked in our luggage, we went to Bidvest lounge, the time was about 15:30, we want to relax, the lady informs us that she is going to close and that there is nothing to eat or drink, we can sit there for R150 per person, the lounge was full of people eating and drink, we are shown away, sit down 100m from the lounge, people walk in after us, they are helped. What a bad experience of Bidvest lounge (East London) . My first time to be in a bidvest lounge and it was so terrible.
