Re : Make Toyota Quantum 2.7

I have purchased a motor vehicle in June 2017 from Bidvest Mccarthy pre owned cars from the Mobeni branch in Durban. Since then I have tried to obtain the vehicle spare keys from the sales representative Jesse Dharmalingum. However when i did approach the branch I was advised that he no longer works at that branch. No one assisted me so i spoke to the dealer principal David White who was abrupt and arrogant who told me that he cannot help me after eight months that has passed. However prior to this I have requested for the keys on numerous ocassions to no avail. They **** to many times that the keys were in the store room. This is not customer service at all. i hope that other customers are not treated in the same manner. i will never consider buying another vehicle from Mccarthy Toyota
