Cold calls and unwanted use of number

I have been plagued with promotional SMS's and Cold-calls from companies including Bidvest, bypassing the POPI Act, by claiming I agreed to adverts by third parties on websites etc. I have not signed up with Bidvest for promotions and would like the company to advertise without jumping through legal loopholes to do so.
