Carelessness and undermining

This is not about the group but BIDVEST CLUB MCCARTHY My car broke down on the 24 December last year. In Eastern cape, Qumbu. Due to network I didn't manage to call them , but from 29 I called on 18 minutes they dropped, I called again same story on 12 minutes, I called again, we managed to finish, with out help due to the fact that my Car is Polo GTI TSI DSG 1.4 on their system they have Polo vivo. Number plates and vin numbers are the same. Up until today they are still verifying my car. And my its still next to road Their numbers ***
