CAR PROBLEMS FROM THE DEALERSHIP

I purchased a vehicle from Bidvest Mccarthy VW in November 2023.

To keep things short and sweet the car was sold to me with issues. Water kept leaking oil leakage, EPC light randomly comes on. I took it back to the dealer approximately 4 times to solve the issues to no avail.

Fast foward 8 months later, They managers to solve to EPC light. Oil still leaking and water I have to fill up at least once a week.

Phoned the head office countless times trying to find a solution to this issue but I'm still awaiting feedback as they are investigating for 3 months now. No feedback no updates nothing. Lack of respect.

This has left me completely devoid of care. It's costing me money to fix it, As the sales manager informed me when I reported these issues again that it's my problem to sort out and he refuses to pay for it.

Just don't buy a car here every.
