Blue Monday @Lanseria Airport handicapped Toilet

I took my blind daughter to the Lanseria Airport for her flight to Cape Town. Before her flight, at around 8.40 hrs we went to the handicapped toilet on the Ground floor. The soap dispenser had a sign \out of order"and the paper-towel-dispenser was empty. I checked the checklist at the back of the door"
