BidWaste of Money & Time

In Sep 2018 I took a scratch and dent cover with Bidvest. August 2019 my car got bumped into and so I did a claim. They asked for photos of all sides of the car which I supp**** 3-4 times as the I had to adjust the size of the photos because they don't have a WhatsApp line that I could send it to. Then was the quotes which the consultant requested that I mark all the scratches knowing full well they only pay for 1 scratch or panel at R3500. I queried why I had to list all the scratches when I only want to sort out one . The consultant said it was company policy. Even the panel beaters registered with IUA didn't understand why we were quoting all the scratches. Eventually after supplying unbelievable quotes between R21k-R24k the claim was rejected. All calls were recorded. So the consultants ask you to take all damage in to account so that the claim can be rejected. I wasted almost a year of premiums. Don't make the mistake I made!!!!!!!!!
