Bidvest Wealth & Employee Benefits BS stories

To whom it may concern,

Firstly excuse my crude language in my complain but I am really beyond upset at this moment !!!

I am writing this complain towards Bidvest Wealth & Employee Benefits. It has been 6 weeks since I left my employer and I still haven't received my Provident Fund pay out. I am being helped by a service agent called Leandra and I keep getting stories that my pay out claim is still in the process to be finalized since I left the company at the end of September 2019. When I left the company I was told by HR and Leandra at Bidvest that the pay-out will take 4 to 6 weeks to complete. Now I am being told by Leandra that I will only get my payment at the end of November !!!

This is bull**** and wasn't what I was told and I expect the payment to be made to me at the date that I was informed with on six weeks. I am really not impressed by this type of service by Bidvest having to hear the same stories 4 times that I called. I told Leandra that it seems that there is no sense of urgency to get my payment authorized and payed out to me as there is always some type of excuse and want this complained to be treated as a matter of urgency. There is always a story that the manager in charge is always busy or not available when you want to escalate matters like this. I want my stuff sorted out as promised and not by the end of November only !!!!!!
