Bidvest Service is the pits!!!!!!!!!!

I had the worst experience with Bidvest. i submitted my three claim and they took more than a week to access meanwhile they notify consumers that it takes 24 to 48 hours to access a claim. On topf of that I he the runaround regarding pictures I submitted for my tires,seems like they always want a loophole not to pay for the claim but they are able to deduct one's account every month,you even wait for a million years on a call just to talk to a consultant I am really really unhappy and going to cancel the policy with them
