Bidvest scratch n dent

My car is insured with Bidvest scratch n dent, every time I put a claim through they technically refuse to pay, they send me from pillar to post, eventually I gave up, this has happened twice already n I pay my premiums every month. I will never advise anybody to be insured with bidvest.
