Bidvest Mccarthy - Blah, blah, blah!

I purchased a vehicle from Mccarthy Toyota NI City. I travelled from Polokwane to Cape Town to collect the car. When I arrived, the vehicle had a suspension problem, the alignment was also not done. The vehicle had an oil leak which is still not fixed - the person told me it was "sweating". I took delivery of the vehicle based on promises. I signed my agreement on the 24th of May 2018. Today it is the 29th and Mccarthy still have not settled my previous vehicle which they traded in! What are they playing at?
