bidvest insurance ****.

it is now 4 days from the time my tyre was damaged .have tried calling bidvest and no luck until yesterday.i am now told i have to drive 80km without a spare wheel to the nearest tyremart just to submit pictures ,and drive back home until i get a reponse. this insurance is a ******* and to think i was going to take a mechanical warranty . please be aware of this ****.
