Bidvest Group Western cape (Cape town)

<p>We really need help. we sitting with companies in the Western cape (Cape Town) that we suffer for more than 20 years. these companies are under Bidvest Group (printing industries) in western cape (cape town). As black workers, who works for these companies, some of us have been working for mor3e than 25 years and it has been to our knowledge that this companies will never put us as machine operators due to the fact that there is enough blacks' working as machine operators in joburg</p> <p>By the way is looks coloured and white people are the only once that are allowed to run these machines (presses, collators). and when it came to money, some people are getting salaries increased. now this companies, the human resource are white people and they are defending these companies in whatever they are doing , and what we have find out is this companies bosses will stand infront of us and tell us about equity whereby it doesnt happen to companiesd with their aim to try and find out which black person will speak out so that they rid of them</p> <p>we would like to as people from joburg to help us with the issue because what these managers and directors dont like seeing blacks' managers and directors. they will be sitting with pretending in these meeting.</p> <p>come to western cape(cape town) and see how we blacks are suffering.</p> <p>we really need help PLEASE!</p>
