Bidvest Fund Administrators giving me run arounds!!!

I recently requested to get my tax certificate statement as the tax season is here. There was about 10 back and forth emails with an administrator who has no idea what she's doing. I have never experienced such bad service and I'm now been told to go to my employer and they will give it to me. Not sure how my employer will give me the statement when since Bidvest is managing the fund.
