Bidvest Fourways- money gram service incredibly horrible

Bidvest Fourways have no appreciation of customer service in my view. Managers lack appreciation of their mandate they have with Money gram. Funds sent through money gram not reaching receipiant in purchased currency. They think it's non of their business: poor. As a customer when l realize they cannot deliver on their mandate they cannot restore my position l have to lose R2000 in refund. This needs to be stopped.
