BIDVEST DEBIT ORDER ****

So Bidvest is one of the debit order ***** companies , I took out a policy with them and the debit order has been going off as per normal but when it comes to claim stage the policy is not even on active but yet my Nedbank Business account shows it was taken off from Bidvest with the ref number. I called to lodge a claim that was the worse no one answers the number *** and emails to *** is a waste of time. My car was standing as the tyres where damaged due to potholes then they advise me nothing is active but they can see my funds being debited. Bidvest is ***** and is a **** imagine everyday 50 people sign up then they collect then say inactive and then what happens to the funds deducted ? on 06/06/2024 I spent 9800 plus 4000 to sort my car as I was told my policy was not active.
