Bidvest Bank Randburg Branch

It is so sad that having been a customer at the Randburg branch for a while that recently a male supervisor that doesnt wear a name tag, would discriminate me on what i consider as foreign status.

Today, being the second time, he wouldnt want to clarify and answer questions after he refused to service our moneygram receiving order.

He acted so arrogant and my request to understand why led into an argument.

Is this the kind of service that we expect from bidvest bank?

How come it is only him over my years of sending n receiving money that i come to have an arguement with?

It is very unproffesional!

This incendent happend today 20th Nov 2017 around 3pm
