Bidvest airport lounge *******

I have access to the Bidvest lounge at airports. Upon entering the Bidvest Lounge at King Shaka Airport I was asked to pay an additional R220 for my wife which I had no problem doing. However when we went into the lounge there was absolutely no space for us to sit, it was over crowded and we had to leave. If we were told it was crowded we would have happily left, instead they took the money. I don't see what the big deal is. I would rather wait in a nice coffee bar than try use this over rated, over crowded facility.
