BAD SERVICE - BidVest Brooklyn SARS Offices

I stopped at SARS Brooklyn offices just to drop a parcel for a friend.I DID NOT enter the Building the encounter was outside. Was not aware that I must declare my equipment if I DON'T enter the Building. The BidVest security personal could see me the entire time. I was not searched when I enter the premises.When I wanted to exit the premises I could not because they requested to search my motorbike box. Asked me what is inside and I said my laptop did not waver or lie. Was then told I cannot exit because I have not declared my laptop. The person I met already left the premises. So I was obligated to enter the Building and declare my laptop. When I arrived at the desk. I was told I must know I must declare it. It is the security personal duty to inform guests and not just assume. In the end I was held for 45min before I could exit. During that time I missed a meeting because I was 30min late because I was holdup and I was very upset and not in a state to attend the meeting. Time is money! At the end they want to blame the person I have seen. NO it's the security's work to inform Guests about it! You are so concerned what is existing the Premises you really need to focus what enters
