Bad attitude from Johan (Manager at Bidvest McCarthy PreOwned Gezina)

I bought a BMW E90 from this dealership, it came with a fault that cost me close to R15000, the Bidvest Warranty refused to pay for the claim and the dealership also refused through the manager Johan who partially paid for the repairs, when i claimed back my money he said i'm taking chances. I had to buy jumping cables for me not to get stuck in the middle of nowhere. He put the phone down in my ears this morning.
