Bad and Reckless driving

How is this ?<br> This Bidvest Protea Coin Mining Division van first wants to overtake me on the left hand side and then tries to overtake on the right hand at a T junction with traffic from the front where there are double white lines<br> This is the Old Warmbaths road that has got a yellow marked emergency lane.<br> Then I report his bad and reckless driving but the company respond by saying the driver was assisting cops in something... ******** !!!!! Driver did not have head or any emergency lights on?? No law enforcement where seen any where!!
