Alleged Staff Member in Collusion cannot report?

I live in a residential area and my neighbour has been running his garden cleaning and landscaping business *******ly for the past few years.He is well protected by the Parkmore community business association as well as the DA councillor.They are extremely slippery people that constantly harass and intimidate me and my family.I guess you could call them glorified garden cleaners.We have watched many previously advantaged males come on board and intimidate and harass us.One such person has been seen parking a Bidvest vehicle on the side of the road for long periods of visit.I recently discovered this is also one of the neighbours past workers that is now working for Bidvest.I am concerned that there is collusion with this ******* business and Bidvest Execuflora landscaping.I tried to report with all details on the internet and your website for past 2 months but have not succeeded in blowing the whistle.I have dated photos and CCTV recording that I am willing to share with your internal investigations team.By operating a business *******ly they are de*****ing government of taxes and Bidvest may supporting without knowing.Please help me help you remove bad elements from your business
