Bidvest are rejecting Nedbank Gold American Express Card holders from the Airport Lounges

Nedbank says that The Nedbank Gold American Express Card allows you to the Bidvest Airport Lounge . I was deeply disappointed when I got to the longe and was told that I would need to pay cash as this card is not allowed . The Nedbank website says otherwise . I was absolutely embarrassed as others were standing around me . I showed the Bidvest representative the details on Nedbank's website and she said that it was incorrect . I am deeply disappointed with the misleading information that Nedbank is publishing on their website . It says 12 free aorport lounge visits which is **** .
