Bad service and management

Numerously forgetting or not processing orders. Asking for complaints to be managed and escalated to management and never hearing back. Having delivery drivers argue with chef/owner in kitchen in earshot of clients waiting in restaurant about return policies. Never hearing from sales reps for over 4 weeks, even after asking for them to contact you. Miss packed deliveries, no communication or miss communication from them to ourselves regarding all matters of things, from deliveries to price increases.<br> <br> I am highly disappointed, and am actively looking to find new suppliers as a result of everything, right before the busiest time of year....wonderful!
