Shocking insurance claim service

A Bidvest FM vehicle drove into me on 4 July. As at today, this claim has not been resolved. Their Bidvest Insurance company and Paladin are not communicating with me and seem to be purposely dragging this process along. Unfortunately they seem to be washing their hands and are leaving me to fight with a faceless organisation with no accountability or responsibility for resolving problems caused by their clients. Really unhappy with this supposed blue chip group.
