Claim pending for month now

Everyday I call to get update on my towed car but even the reception will tell you they will call back n it's about a month now since my car went to repair leaking radiator. After 5years of paying my and its my first claim but I get this kind of service😡😡😡😡😡. M paying alot on transport fee since I live in the villages.. bidvest m really disappointed for real
