Wrongly over charged Overdue Rent

Good Evening

I've been charged overdue payments of which i have did my extension with Call Center and i was suprised when i recieved a call from the branch stating that i haven't do any extensions and its for the 2nd time this happens.

I mean how can i just keep the car knowing that i will be charged R800 per day. It doesn't make sense at all.

They should listen to my voice records of my extensions i can't afford to loose R1600 for FUN. U'll rather take it up. I dont want to go another rental car companies due to this minor matter.
