Worst car hire company ever!!!!!!!

This is literally the worst car hire company I've ever dealt with. I hired a car a few months ago through the company that I work for. I hit a pothole and got a tyre puncture. They sit with the invoice and se d it to me or the car hire company I rented through, a year later I try hiring a car with them and they tell me I cannot because I have an outstanding balance where no communication was sent. And nobody is willing to assist. You guys can really do better than this.
