What an INCONVENIENCE it is to be submitting Proof Documentation

The next time you think of hiring a car with Bidvest Car Rental and its your first time...Remember to have the following documents in hand; -proof of residence -payslip -3 months bank statement Question is WHERE in the rental guide is this clause???? Is this a standard for BIDVEST CAR RENTAL or different rules apply for different towns????? And why are we not notified of this information when we do this online.... I have NEVER had this experience before with any other car rental companies.
