Went above and beyond

Employee collected my elderly parents from airport arrivals and drove them by golf cart to their offices and made sure their car was a only a short distance to walk to. My mom has alzheimers so all the extra effort on their side took a load of my dad''s shoulders. They were very impressed with the whole process and I am very relieved that everything was handled so efficiently. Well done Sumare and yr team at Cape Town Airport.
