We will die on the ROAD just because of poor service, sies!

I'm currently experiencing the worst service ever at Bidvest Car Rental in Durban King Shaka Airport, week in week out they give us a Suzuki that has the gear lever cover torn out, The brakes makes a rough sound The car has dents and is a nightmare to drive. The eTag is always not working so when you leave the airport without R6 to pay for the toll gate that exits you out the airport you are *****ed! Its a one way you cant go back but you got a hired car to go through the toll system. This has been happening for all my trips to Durban I'm starting to think its been done on purpose. These are our lives guys so please give us cars that are in proper condition and check if all is well with the car.
