Very unhappy customer

Im currently experiencing horrible service from Bidvest. I have been and currently am one of its loyal customers however the service im receiving now is **********.

I took the car from Vereeniging and im getting the worst experience. I cannot believe people in customer service would have little or no regard for their customers. All they are talking about is processes and procedures, they dont care about the history or if they lose a customer over their lack of customer service
