Dissapointing and no sense of urgency! Booked a vehicle via Isando on our company account requested it to be ready as soon as Bidvest Polokwane opens up, check in just to be told I can only receive it after 12h00. Phoned Isando to speak to agents who booked it, sorry they are not in and no one else can assist! I have an appointment and need to leave! This is ridiculous and unacceptable!
