Unwilling to help and terrible attitude

I recently hired a car through Economy Car Rentals and was fetching my car from Bivest Car Rentals Vredenburg. I arrived at the Vredenburg office and was greated by the staff (Don De Villiers). Firstly Don was surprised to even have a client, as he was expecting no one. I did not have my voucher printed out, but had a PDF copy to show him, he would only accept a printed copy, although the evoucher number was there for him to see, he said he searched the voucher number and couldn't find it because I was in possession of an eVoucher number and not a voucher number (must be very different). Don was only willing to look at his watch every couple minutes to show that we were wasting his time and it was close to his home time. I had already paid R900 deposit for the car but was now told that I had to give a copy of my credit card before I could get the car, Don was not willing to make a single call, I had to make the calls to Economy Car Rentals and Bidvest.

Eventually as we were running out of time I had to just give a copy of my card to Don so I could get the car. I was eventually given the car, but with no pre-vehicle check between Don and myself.

I travel every second week for work, I usually use Bidvest as there are never any ques at the Bidvest counters, but I very much doubt that I will ever use Bidvest again due to the awful attitude of Don, heaven forbid any foreign tourists encounter this man as he could hardly speak English.
