Untrained useless personal.

We hired a car from Bidvest car rental. We were supposed to bring the on the 19 but as things would have it we brought it back sooner. We filled the car up with fuel at a petrol station across from the airport. Just 213m away. We made double sure that it was full. We then instructed to wait for our deposit. After an hour and 14 minutes I then approach the counter again. We were met with new staff who had no idea of whats happening. They then informed us driving 200meters used R173 of fuel which they had no slip to prove off. They then became very rude towards us and we lefted there. According to me Bidvest is the worst car company ever. Please people use alternative car rental companies. It's not about the money it's about bad service and the principal.
