Unacceptable client service

We have been using Bidvest car rental for over 10 year . In our recent rentals, we were incorrectly debited without any invoices sent to us. The recent travel to Cape Town , we had a puncture , and requested for assistance. My husband is 71 years old, the emergency assist people came 4 hours later and changed the tyre , we were billed Almost R900.00 . For a punctured tyre , the response we received was a damaged tyre . Their so called customer care officer is certainly not client centric, he has caused his company a reputational risk. He did not respond to our mail . No invoices , incorrect billing.
